EEA1 & EEA2 form mesut be signed from Employer’s Decla

EEA1 & EEA2 form must be signed from Employer (Employer’s Declaration).
or it be enough Letter(s) from employer confirming.

Please Help me out.

If your are self-employed, a letter confirming contracting of services will suffice. If you are employed by a firm, confirmation and a signed declaration may be more suitable. It is dependant on your circumstances, which ever is better suited to your terms of employment so long as you can proove that a treaty right is being exercised by the EU National (which may also take form with the provision of additional documents such as wage slips, contract of employment or self assessment tax forms)
