ILR as Student and Tier4 dependant

Hi everyone,

I did my PhD in UK and I have completed my 6 years residency without break in UK.

After 6 years, my wife has studied MBA and Master's here in UK since last 3 and half years, making it all together 9 and half years for me as Tier4 dependant


My question is can I apply for ILR 10 years residency on the basis of following circumstances given below?

6 years Tier4 student visa
4 Years on Tier4 dependant Visa.
