Hi,ish_78 wrote:My previous employer wrote this in my employer reference letter..
This is to certify that Mr. **** has been working on **** project from Aug'2002 to sept'2004. We find him hard working, honest and sincere towards his work. He possesses a good technical knowledge in his working area.
The roles and responsibilities held by him are as follows:
Role: Analsyt Programer Period: Aug'2002 - Sept'2004
Responsibilities:
Conducting design reviews of low lever design.
Implementing the design by coding the functions.
Coding common modules for the functions.
Component testing of the modules developed and carrying end to end integration with host
Peer to peer code reviews to maximise quality and maintainability of code
Fixing bugs raised by Unit, Integration and system test teams
Implementing code changes for iNternal change requests.
Is it enough to be considered as graduate level experience or I should talk to my employer for more detailed responsibilities.
Shall be waiting for commments from fellow members.

if they wont change the job title at least try and get them to mention that the job requires a degree or something to do it. also a question to you, are you also claiming points for degree, cause if you are not i can foresee that to be a problem.ish_78 wrote:f2k thanks for your reply
I dont think my employer will write the word graduate and sincerely I feel the reponsibilities written corrsponds to graduate level experience. and more over you cant change the Job title as it should be same as written on the work permit.
I am double minded now..
f2k are you in IT?
