We are applying for ILR via 50K PSW route next week, I have a few questions and need your kind suggestions.
We are a team of entrepreneurial team members.
Our extension application was approved in May, 2016.
We entered the tier 1 entrepreneur category before April, 2014.
We have created two full time jobs as follows:
Employees A: Full time (40 hours a week) since May, 2016 till present.
Employee B: Part time (24 hours a week) from May, 2016 till March 2017 AND then changed to Full time (35 hours a week) from April-17 till Present
Employee C: Part time (17 hours a week) since May, 2016 till present.
I need your suggestions for claiming points for job creation, which two employees to mention in the application form ? and still provide the employment creation documents for the whole period since the extension leave was granted ?
Do we have to stamp all the pay slips saying (duplicate) or not ?
Is it better to send any promotional/advertising materials of the business in ILR application ?
And finally I can not find the current appointments reports section on companies house website, can you guys please help.
