Tier2 ICT Migrant to Tier 2 BPS dependent

Hi

May I request your inputs that wether it's fine to apply for Tier 2 PBS dependent from India if your are currently on Tier2 ICT Primary Migrant. Is there any risk or it should be done from UK only when your spouse is claiming Tier 2 General from India.

It is your choice where you choose to apply. You can apply outside the UK with your spouse OR you can apply within the UK once your spouse has their Tier 2 General visa.
