Legal aid is available to Out of country cases if there is an exceptional case determination in your case.

There is no 'minimum' time you must be married.

Hello i hope you are ok guys... I am tunisian married to English woman and I've known her for 1 year now ... she is on PIP and ESA ... the question is I knew her on July 2017 and I married her on April 2018 .. the 1st question does this period of relationship ok to apply for spouse visa ? And we lost our conversation from July till November and we don't have any other proof for that time but we have wedding photos and photos of each visit and receipts from museums and flights tickets boarding passes... so does that's a short period to apply ? And do loosing that conversation can lead to refuse

Ok I will make it more clearer... everytime I post my problem one of the admins pop up and say why you keep opening new topic instead of help me with some advices and now i dont know where to ask ... if i ask in the same topic no one answer and you can see above and if i open new topic the admins start showing where to post ... so please is it a forum to help people to overcome problems and misunderstood of things or group to show every time where to post... by the way i am nearly 9 months on this forum and till now i dont know how to use it because everytime admins and moderators start talking in a way that it's not that good... instead of help .. so if you find me talking somyhig wrong you can delete me and the post

Did you click on the forum rule link regarding multiple topics/posts that I already posted.

See Multiple Topics/Posts (click)
Members offer their time and advice for free on the forum. If they choose not to respond to a post or topic, it is their right to do so. Often members posts are not clear in what they are asking or are repetitive and previous advice is ignored. It is unfair of members to create multiple topics asking the similar questions on the same application to 'force' members to respond. If you need urgent and immediate advice, suggest you might want to engage with an immigration advisor and pay for the advice.

You have already been advised many posts ago, that there is no minimum amount required that you have to be married before applying for a visa!!

thank you ..

Hello, I am a tunisian man I knew my wife on July 2017, we married on April 2018, she visited me 3 times up to now , and she is on PIP, ESA and sever disability allowance which means that we are exempt from financial requirements for spouse visa.. the question is we lost our conversation of Facebook which is the only mean that we use from July 2017 till November 2017 and we don't have any other proof in that period because she visited me first time on January 2018 ... my question is could i apply on November 2018 ( by the way we have a lots of proof wedding photos and photos together.. flight tickets , email confirmation, shared gifts and receipts of many things we did together) so could I apply on November 2018 or it will be short period to apply and in another hand i am worried if i apply on January 2019 which give me chance to collect more evidence but I am worried if the immigration rules could change in that time because I noticed that H.O always start working with the new rules in December/January
Thank you in advance

Hello,

It doesn't matter when you apply as there are no rules to say you have to be married a certain number of months or years before you can apply. I understand why you are asking though, because you do not have conversations from the beginning of your relationship..

I think it should be fine, maybe add a letter with your documents to explain why you don't have them.

My husband has also applied from Tunisia.

How about landlord letter of no objection & property inspection report?

That is not bound by the 28 day rule. Every other document apart from employment and financial are required to be dated within a reasonable amount of time i.e. no more than 3 months old I would say.

House inspection Reports expire after 3 months period anyway.
