HI,is just want to know about this question from category F.my husband is self employed and we should choice one of these....
7.3 C is income not from employment and 7.3 D is income from pension or permitted benefits but my husband don't have any pension.SHOULD WE NEED TO ANSWER THIS?

(c) Does you/your sponsor’s combined self employment earnings in the last financial year
equal or exceed the financial requirement when combined with other specified income for the
same financial year? You cannot combine self employment with savings to meet the financial
requirement.
Yes go to section 7.3C and 7.3D where
applicable

No go to question 7.3C

For self-employment earnings it is the amount after allowable business expenses have been deducted. In other words the nett amount on which HMRC have calculated for tax payable.

No. You pay the biometric fee when you go to the post office to enroll biometrics. If you are using the paper form, HO will write to you to do your biometrics and you take the letter to the post office to enroll. If you use the online form, my understanding is that you get the option to download the letter yourself. You must take the letter as it has a barcode specifically linked to your application for the biometric process.
