my application with 32 has been rejected because my employer posted the job ad on Indeed instead of the government Find A Job website... I have got only 1 applicaion left in October before my current visa's expiration. stupid...

Is that true?

Just want to confirm as my company post on "Indeed" website for RLMT as well? Do we need to post job on government Find A Job website?

And about the salary, my company put a range £X0,000 - £XX,000 a year, is this alright?

It should be on 2 portal and one of them should be findajob.

Yes

Yes please strictly follow the Tier 2 Guideline for how to advertise a job and include all the information it needs

They don't check during CoS allocation. They check during visa application

But lot of CoS also refused because of invalid RLMT. That means it is checked during CoS allocation as well.

Yes

We have example here only. This one is refused while cos allocation only.

I mean something was missing in the advert or not satisfied with the process. On what basis they said it not undertaken properly.

The job advert wasn't advertised on Government website
