Renewing Wife's Visa - Need assistance with a few questions

I'm filling the form for my wife's visa on the visa and immigration site, and I needed a bit of help with a few of the questions:

- Do you and your partner have any shared financial responsibilities?
I take care of all the bills, and finances, my wife is a housewife. I have put the answer as no. Would this be the correct answer? As she doesn't have any financial responsibilities, I think it is a no?

- Where have you lived together?
This only has a space for one place on the online form. We have lived in three different flats since my wife first came to the UK. Should I just put the first place we lived?

- What type of ceremony was your wedding or civil partnership?
I have put "Traditional Indonesian Wedding". Is this the type of answer they are expecting? or does this mean something else?
