FLR M housing report

Hi everyone,
Just wondering if a housing report and a letter of current house owner is required if for example you are staying with your parents.
What kind of details are required on this letter.
Thanks in advance!
Biometrics 11th may
Processed 10th August - refused
Appeal submitted 26th Aug
Confirmation 12th October
MP letter 12th Nov
Appeal deadline- 22 Jan
Email- refusal overturned- 24th Nov
Call- will email letter for submission - 26th Nov

You need permission from landlord so if its council then letter from housing officer to say it is ok to stay there. If it is bought then land registry and deed required.

The letter from your parent can be simple, just to say they have no objection to you and your partner staying at their property.
