Appeal Allowed

Post by sleek.look » Wed May 14, 2008 11:53 am

Hi all,
Can someone help me here please...
My husbands appeal was allowed on the day of the hearing at the AIT, I received the determination a couple of days later, the the home office asked for a reconsideration, but the senior immigration judge stated i order no reconsideration

Now can someone tell me how long it will take before my dearly beloved gets to the UK, i know i have to wait 6-8 weeks before contacting the embassy in islamabad but even their calls are dealt by the gerry office who keep telling me "maam you have to vait for the Kaal Latter" (call letter)

How long will this bakwaas take i've been married for a year already....

By taking a straw poll around this forum for Islamabad allowed appeals - 6 weeks seems to be the average.

What do others think?

hmmm someone my hubby knows has been waiting 3 months for a call letter!! also another one of his friends has given in his passport and 8 weeks later he's still waiting..

If i could turn back time i would never have appealed, i would rather have made fresh applications no matter how many tries it took.[/i]

The " Call letter " basically means bring your passport to Fedex or BHC to have it stamped with the visa.

BHC might call you in for interview if they suspect something has changed since the appeal decision was made, but in most cases its the first one

Hi all,
I'm very new this forum.
I an Asylum seeker my appeal was allowed 20th of June 2014 home office not to challenge with in the time then two months later I have received my biometrics entrollment after I haven't received any correspondent from home office. My solicitor has written 4 letters to home office since my appeal allowed but no response from home office also I had call home office few time where they said 'Tribunal is currently in process so wait the Case worker will contact you any news of outcome' then I called to Tribunal(13/11/14) which they said your case is closed now as no more challenge by the home office so you speak to visa implementation unit the should give you a visa.
so i'm really confusing....here so please anyone advice me what can i do now.

My appeal allowed 20/06.2014.
since today i haven't received my documents from home office.
