There should be a pro-forma, whether it be an online form or whatever, so people who've received approval can post full details helpful to others at this site.
Quite a few people are posting that they've received approval but are not including important details like their profession, whether they had a job offer or reason for urgent treatment, etc. Other people on the board are having to tease out those important details ...
Maybe this job can be done using an online form. It would really help in the collation of data. With all the IT whizzes who are no doubt participating in this forum, it shouldn't be too much trouble!?! Think how much more timely the data would be. It could be as simple as boxes to tick, such as "job offer", "urgent treatment", "medical profession" etc.
A sticky post or something similar entitled "Got Approval? CLICK HERE" would direct people to the place they can enter the data. And current data in the spreadsheet could be exported to this new repository.
