Which documents required for Spouse Visa Extension?

Hi,

I was wondering when the initial spouse visa that is for 2.5 years expires, what is the next step and what documents do you need to submit for the extension?

An extension for another 2.5 years on form FLR(M). You must apply for the extension BEFORE the current visa expires.

I am at the same stage myself so those links are very helpful thanks.

I am also aware that my wife needs to take another English exam (GESE Grade 3 (A2) SELT) and we also have to pay the NHS charge too.

Are there any other requirements / charges / documents that i should be aware of?
