Child Status and Naturalisation

Dear moderators and experience similar situation
I have granted my ILR 4th September 2018 and 30 months visa for my wife. We have a child 9 years old born in UK. She previously holds pbs dependent visa until 19 December 2015. She has no visa now.

Could she apply for British passport now as of my ILR? If so which form shall i have to use? And is she eligible for Child benefit? If so will it affect my naturalization?

She is not British so cannot apply directly for a passport. You have to register her as British first.

If so which form shall i have to use?

Form MN1 to Register the child as British under Section 1(3) of the nationality act.

And is she eligible for Child benefit?

It is NOT the child that claims child benefit. It is YOU the parent that claims.

If so will it affect my naturalization?

No.

I have granted ILR 4 September 2018. My wife granted 30 months visa same time but she completed 10 years July 2018. She didn't apply ILR because my ILR application was refused because of 11 days GAP but I won appeal and HO issued ILR at last.
She has got life in the UK test certificate
B1 cert, more than 2 years old.

Does she need B1again?
And what is the possibility to grant her ILR? And which application from?
