There is no longer a '60 days max between employment' rule. It has been removed.

No issue with you changing jobs as long as you stay sponsored.
I have come across several NHS staff from outside EU who are regularly changing jobs every 6 months so have multiple tier 2 visas to see them through to ILR.

Hi I’m dealing with a similar issue. I’m changing employment (got a new CoS). I currently hold a tier 2 general visa and will need to get a new tier 2 general visa under a different CoS. Could you please tell me if you had to leave the U.K. to apply for this? If you were able to apply from within the U.K., did you do the “extend” or “switch” option? (I don’t think I’m eligible for either extend or switch!)
I’m very confused as the gov visa website doesn’t allow me to apply from within the U.K. which doesn’t make any sense to me...
Thanks for your response!
