Visa Progress After Administrative Review

Hi all

this is my tier2 visa application progress up to now :

• I've submit my application on 24th July at Istanbul

• Then I got refusal letter at 13th Aug (I didn't provide language ability document with my application)

• I was applied for admin review on 16th Aug.

• I got admin review successful email that says "The Decision Making Center where your application was assessed will be in contact with you regarding the processing of your visa. "

• Today, after 12 days I didn't get any email to resubmit my passport!

do know anyone, how long it take to get resubmit passport email after admin review success email, usually?!

and also after that how long take to stamp visa in my passport?

my Cos Expiration data is 17th Oct and working start date is 2nd Oct, is it important in my situation?!

Did you get any news? I am also waiting for my visa and applied on the 7th of August in Istanbul. I am also worried about the expiration of Cos.

Yes, I found that the CoS expiration date is not important if visa consideration process take long time, they will change the CoS status to used even if it expired after decision meking.

But I didn't found any response for my another question, I didn't get the email 5hat asks to submit passport, and I don't know how long I should wait for it and also I don't know how can I follow up that email or my visa progress.

I have the similar case like you. But I must say that probably we should expect a longer delay. I'm telling that based on the new visa processing timeline in Istanbul, which clearly mentioned tier2 takes up to 60 working days.

I'm waiting now for 24 working days.

Now that they have asked you to submit your passport, it means you're gonna get your visa soon. Let us know when you got your visa.
