Delay of in person FLR(M) application

Hi There,

First time posting, Sorry if am posting this is in wrong thread.

I've attended for PSC Croydon for wife FLR (M) visa extension on Sep 4, 2018 (visa expired on Sep 6, 18)
but we got the query from the Case Worker asking us to prove "That we both stay together from last grant of leave Feb 2016 in 5 different sources" and send documents within next 14 days. I've sent all the documents which I've back to them in time.

Now my query is, what's the timelines they can come back on outcome ??

Is this still considered as Premium service only or change normal postal timelines ?

FYI, she (CW) still confirmed Premium service only and not offered any refund yet.

Is any come across the same kind of situation ?? and what's the timelines you faced for result pls??
