A friend of mine EU nationality has been married with a non Eu member last year in november. They have known each other for 2 years before getting married. His wife has applied for residence card. They were nearly completing 6 months when they diod receive a letter form HO stating that they needed few documents such as the passport of Eu national, employers letter and payslips. For his wife they were requesting letters to confirm the evidence that she has been living in UK such as employers letter, Gp letter etc.
The problem is that she has forgotten to change the address with the Gp since it was very close the place she was working and she has not been at all to the Gp for a long time. Is there a problem if they do not send at all this letter but instead something else or is it much better to explain the sittuation in the letter to the HO in order that ething is clear. Please advice!
