Spouse Visa refusal

Hello,

Quick overview of my situation.

Applied for my wife Visa in 16 September 2017 . Got rejected 20 December 2017.

Reason. Marriage is not sustainable.

Due to alot of emotions from both sides of family . Submitted fresh application in February 2018 .

Finger prints done 16 Feb and 31st may received passport with another refusal.

This time only objection was the are not satisfied with my income . And my tax return was not submitted .

My tax return was 55k ,

Submitted bank statement for past 2 year till 16th Feb 2018 . Most current one.

Business documents
HMRC sa100
Accountant letter and details of tax submission

Still they said . They didn't receive my tax return .

This time applied for appeal. Submitted on 9th June 2018 and send the lawyer letter and tax return again and court has acknowledged. Document been sent to home office for review .

5th July 2018 . Received letter from tribunal that home office has received application to review and got 15 weeks .

That 15 weeks ends on 16th October 2018 .

It's been it' 2 months and 20 days . AND another 25 days remaining before the deadline if 15 weeks .

Now I need advise from everyone who has been through this and what should I be expecting and when .

After 15 week deadline you will be given a tribunal date, it could be 1 year+ wait for the hearing.
