Registeration as british citizen

Hi Guys,

Me, my wife and my son got ILR in January 2008.

1) Our son was born in UK in 2006 so Can he register as british citizen now? if yes, please advise which form to use and which documents are required to attach with registeration application?

2) Can I send my son's registeration application via NCS?

Please direct me to appropriate thread if these questions have already been asked by somebody else.

Your help will be very much appreciated.

Hi Shafz,

To register your son use a MN1 form.

Docs you will need as follows:

1) Son's passport
2) Son's birth cert
3) Your passport with ILR stamp

Yes and use the NCS it's very good .
