BRP Card collection on arrival

Hi All,

My family is applying for visa on 20-Sep-2018 in India(fast track). If the visa is approved then I am expecting them to travel on 27th Sept. But I may have to go back to India along with them on 2-10-2018. Now my question is that whether BRP will be available before 02-10-2018? If not then what is the option to get the BRP?

1st thing here is whether you will get your passport by 27th sep is questionable.

Thanks for the response. I have seen that it takes 5 days consistently. Lets say if my family comes to UK by 28th then can we collect BRP by 01-Oct? In other words after the visa appointment how many days it takes for BRP to arrive to requested Post Office?

5 days is minimum on priority but no guarantee. If you get you are lucky. If you see other posts where it took around 10 days or more as well.
Your BRP should be available 3-4 days after getting confirmation.

Suppose it takes more time and if my dependents cant come to UK. What is the other option to get the BRP?

Its better you delay your application if your CoS will remain valid.

Due to some reason I want the application to be processed. So in this case if we cant collect BRP in UK then is there anyway to get the BRP to be redirected to India address? Or later when we come back that time we can get it? Or will it be a new process again?

No it can't be redirected. Your are required to show your passport with the entry to UK stamp in your 30 day visa.

I am expecting to come back in December depending on my situation. If we get the passport back and my wife and kid come to UK. But lets say BRP has not yet arrived in Post Office. In that case can I request Post Office to send the BRP to India. Is there any process for that?

No you can't have it sent to India. They will only get a visa valid for 30 days initially and must get the brp card if they wish to travel again.

There is a very strong risk that they won't get their visa by the 27th.

I suggest you focus on their visa being approved and collected first before planning any travel back to India.

If your budget permits then try super priority. You should get passport same or next day. And will have enough time for BRP to be delivered to post office.
