Does a Completely Satisfied Country Court Judgement effects my ILR application

Post by Lovkum » Wed Sep 19, 2018 10:37 am

Dear Experts

I need your quick advice regarding my application for ILR in a month time.
Here my concern is, almost a year ago I have been claimed by Country court, Northampton regarding to clear a pending payment. Due to some personal circumstances the repayment get delayed however it was satisfied by me completely through paying the full claim amount few months ago and now I obtained a satisfactory certificate from both Country Court and the concern third party after making full payment to them obeying the order.

Here my question is that, Dose this civil court judgement which is already satisfied would effect my ILR application. I am planning to provide the Country court Cancellation/ Satisfaction Certificate along with my application to let case worker know that I cleared the claim, Will that be ok or do I need to provide an additional documents for their consideration.

Please kindly advice with your views on this issue.

Thanks in advance.

It seems your case is more like a civil but not criminal. You even had settled it so I don't think it would affect your ILR application.

Thanks Cyclina1 for your prompt reply.

Just another quick one..I am notifying about this County Court Judgement in my SET (O) application under Section 7 (Question 7.5 & 7.6).

Please advise if this is not correct.

Thanks in advance
