first tribunal hearing wuestions

Post by hk2017 » Thu Sep 20, 2018 1:36 pm

hi, I need your help,
Actually i have hearing in first tribunal next month for my husband. He applied dependent visa and got refused 1 year before. Main allegations were at that time
1) I had discretionary leave to remain out of immigration rules so he can not be dependent on me
2) we have a son born here 1 year old but at that time he do not have any visa
3) my husband got overstayed for 2 weeks while applying for visa
but now I have ILR , My son got British passport,
Actually my question is which type of questions they will ask us on hearing day and how many chances are to get appeal allowed. I am working full time as well.
Thanks

There has been a material change of circumstances such that your case is much stronger now. I believe your case is much stronger now.

They will ask the applicant to submit passport, pay IHS again. Process can take up to 12 weeks depends how quickly they go through the motion.
