Documents for Tier 2 General Dependent with in UK (Switch from T2 ICT Main)

Hi,

While filling the application form for Tier 2 General dependent (In country) [switching from ICT Main] and looking the documents asked:
- Passport
- BRP
- Maintenance
- 2 photograph (are they really required?)

Wondering if I need to provide Marriage certificate and birth certificate (in case of child) as application is not asking for any such documents.

Also what documents I need to provide from main applicant.
I am assuming Passport & BRP. But original or copy. If copy of passport then all pages or just front.
