Tier Extension application Questions

Post by nidesh » Fri Sep 28, 2018 10:24 am

Hi all,
I am reading Entrepreneur Guidline and on page no 24 it says:
The viability and credibility of source of the money refereed to in Table D: Extension applications.

Do we need to provide the source of funding/investment into the business?

I am applying the extension on 15th October 2018 and my timeline is as below:

Route: 200K
Invested in Company A as share capital as follows:
20/03/2016 £50,000
07/5/2016 £90,000
28/05/2018 £73,000 (Director Loan)

Investment in Company B:
10/4/17 £60,000 (Director Loan)
20/8/2017 £21,000 (Director Loan)
10/09/2017 £15,000 (Director Loan)

All funds was transferred originally from India into my UK personal account and from personal account, the money was invested into above stated business. But I never kept any Remittance advice sent by the bank, I talked to the bank as well, but Barclays does not provide a copy of remittance advice. hence I am unable to provide that credibility of source.

There is no need to submit any source documents with the application but if asked you may need to explain it. I assume you have the bank statements in India showing the corresponding withdrawals.

No as you already did at initial application. no need at the time of extension just tick the box and claim points in cover letter by mentioning you previous test.

EEA Employees Documents for Job Creation

Post by nidesh » Wed Oct 03, 2018 6:42 pm

Hello there,
I had an employee ( a Netherland's Citizen). What documents do I need to submit with my application to prove his right to work in uk. I have the following documents:
1) A copy of his Netherland's Passport
2) A Copy of his Driving Licence
3) A Copy of his NI Card

Is that enough? Do Netherlands Citizens working in UK need to have a "UK Registration Certificate" to work in UK?
