Yes, ECO wants to know factual information not feelings or how you want to hold your wifes hand.

Health conditions etc are very good things to mention.

I will give you an example:

I first met my wife wendy during her holiday in Tirana on 21/03/2018. We spent few weeks together traveling Albania. In that time our relationship progressed and following her return to UK on 15/04/2018 we remained in contact via skype, facebook, Instagram, whatsApp. I attach screenshots for your attention. We got married on her second visit to Albania on 22/08/2018. I attach for you our wedding reception photos and marriage certificate issued by Tirana Civil Authority.

My wife has Severe mobility issues and I attach for you a GP letter showing her care needs. I wish to support her both emotionally and physically once I enter UK. Thus, it is our intention to live together permanently in UK and build our further together there.

Thank you I like the way you wrote your letter but my wife has mental illness ( bipolar) would that make it worst if i mention it ?

That was just a fictional example of a letter.

For yours you can mention her mental health issues and medication not available in your country.

You can argue that this health condition will make it hardship for her to settle in your country. But just remember your wife is British and is sponsoring you, she is not expected to leave UK to join you.

Sorry but i was told if i mention that she has bipolar it will remain in HO records and that's not in our advantages and maybe they will ask and focus on that

Possibly - if you have already been advised not to mention bipolar then don't.

I honestly think if your application is straightforward as in no previous marriage or children etc? then just keep it simple and not go too in detail about your health issues etc.

However, if you feel your case is more complex and they may refuse for example the genuine relationship part, you can argue that due to a refusal and thus your spouse cannot join you in UK, you also cannot settle in their country because of your health conditions etc.

What is your age and the age of your sponsor?

I am 35 and she is 54

UKVI may will be closely checking your eligibility and also the genuine relationship aspect of your application very closely given that there is a 20 year age gap.

1_Mortgage statement does it go in accommodation or income
2_recent Council tax bill + a council tax award letter dated 21 March 2018 does the award letter go in the accommodation and the bill go in the income or do we not include the award letter because it's dated in March coz they do it yearly?

Both re accommodation and proof of address.

Council tax letter is fine to submit.

For income you only show payslips and bank statements.

Me and my wife start talking in June and we Lost our chat history from June until December when my Facebook was disabled and she deleted her part .. the question is do I have to answer that we met in June or the date when we met in 10/01/2018 I am worried if i said that we start in January it makes the relationship shorter

HELP PLEASE yesterday I submitted my online application and booked my bio appointment then paid my IHS fee online via PayPal, they Sent me an email of payment confirmation then the black case of IHS payment in the online application doesn't gone green and I stuck in that stage until my bio appointment canceled by them and they want me to pay again the IHS... Does anyone faced this problem

Sorry but I tried all browsers and I called them they said either to refund you after 6 weeks or start new application and pay again and we can't offered to pay again in addition that my wife is with me now and she has to take the docs back to the UK with her in 6th Nov.. my bio cancelled by them too

You may have to do application again and IHS payment again too. Did you actually pay for the application? And also the IHS was paid?

I just paid ihs and got the confirmation email from them then it stuck there i cannot pass to pay the vise fee
