in your case these two part time need be combine together for at least 12 Months at the same time. Tel us more about your case
1- Does your first part time employee continue after July with second part time employee who completed in September if this the case than no problem
2- if otherwise then i wouldn't be count on job creation if both part time not exists at the same time as per my understanding of the policy guidance.

That seemed ok. You can claim the job creation point of two part time employee in September 2018 as both job exists for 12 months.

Post by uzair286 » Thu Oct 04, 2018 6:13 pm

I am applying for T1 ext from out side uk my visa going to expire this oct 12th

I am on T1 visa and just came from uk two months ago as few people attacked on me and tried to kill me but my left arm tottaly broke and had my operation done in manchester hospital and they said it will take upto six months to recover my arm as they fixed three rods and two plats inside my arm so i came here to pakistan coz there is no one to look after me and its really hard for me now to look after my self with one arm. Doc said i cant drive which i cant and cant work with one hand. I got all hospital proof.

It is entirely up to you. They will not accept any additional evidence documents. But if you need something to help you explain or refer to then you can take those.

They can ask any questions and you should always answer truthfully

It is impossible to say how long it takes. If your IHS was refunded, you will need to pay again if your visa is approved.
AR being successful unfortunately does not mean approval of the visa. It only means the specific issue raised had merit and the case goes back for review. They can, after review, refuse you on the same reasons or new ones.
