Tier 2 General visa | Sending pending docs to Sheffield

Hi People,

I have an urgent query. I got a below mail from HO with subject line "Your Visa Application: VAF YYYYYYY" and I have replied the certificate with just "GWFXXXXXXXXX" as a subject line. I have two queries:

1. My application reference number is GWFXXXXXXXXX or VAF YYYYYYY?
2. How I will get acknowledgment whether Home office has received my document or not?

The mail which I got from the email id : VISAINFO.SHEFO@fco.gov.uk and asked to send the missing document on SheffieldDocs.RequestedIndia@fco.gsi.gov.uk

Regarding Visa Application: GWFXXXXXXXXX
For: ABC DEF

The UK Decision Making Centre is currently assessing the application submitted by the above named. We are unable to conclude the application at this time as we require additional information.

Please provide the following documents:

- Degree certificate

You have provided a NARIC letter however, we require a copy of your degree certificate in order to confirm that you meet the minimum English language requirement.

Please send this document as a scanned attachment within 10 working days to SheffieldDocs.RequestedIndia@fco.gsi.gov.uk quoting your application reference in the subject line. Please attach the document directly to the email as we are unable to access links to files hosted on sites such as Dropbox™ or Google Drive™.
