Income and declaration

Post by monza » Sun Sep 23, 2018 6:41 pm

Hi My friends wife is applying for extension of her FLR M visa.
He will show his income (21k) as his wife only earn (11k).

so to answer following question:

7.3A Income from salaried employment
Only complete this section if you and/or your sponsor are working

Does both have to write details of employment as both are working OR only the one who is showing the income in his case 21K?

Section 14 (continued) - Consent for the Home Office
to request verification checks
If the account with the bank or utility company is in the joint names of the applicant and
other people, each of those others should sign the following declaration :

We do not have joint account, Does it mean we don't have to singe?

Section 14 (continued) Consent for the Home Office
to request verification checks
If the account with the bank or utility company relates to another person who is to provide
the applicant with financial support, that person* should sign the following declaration
:

Who should sing this, sponsor? or if any document is on third person name?

Thanks for looking the post

You and your sponsor’s total combined income from salaried employment?

Does both have to write details of employment as both are working OR only the one who is showing the income in his case 21K? As he don't want to show his wife salary because his salary is meeting the requirement

Just show the husbands.
But in that case we are not answering the below question as in reality both are working but just want to show Husband's income.

(i) Are you/your sponsor currently employed?

Appreciate if you clarify my confusion.

Let me clarify;
Both are working Wife earn 11k and husband earn 21k.
In application they are asking (i) Are you/your sponsor currently employed?

Answer: Yes both are working

Now my question is only husband want to show earning, so in that case how to hid wife earning as in above question they are asking for both.
