Good news, my passport and documents arrived thismorning:

SR1992:(HSMP to Tier1)

Applied: 14th April (Royal Mail Special Delivery)
Received: 15th April
Payment Taken: 15th April (Postal orders)
Reference Number: PB30270XXXXXX/001 dated April 15.
Called for update 14th May, was advised a decision was made May 13.
Decision: Approved, stamped May 13,
Docs Received: May 19 (Special Delivery - sent with application)

All the best to those still waiting!!! And many thanks to all those who posted their timings, it really helps us to Guess when ours might come back!!!
