My friends wife got refused cuz his wife made NIKKAH in London and didnot go for a British Marriage, The ECO refused the application that y didnt they baoth undergone a civil Marriage dont know what to do any advice guys.......... Hina Akram

But Right now she is In PAkistan should they married again ..........

They can get married again in PAK, the marriage will then be accepted as valid. The next problem will be getting the spouse visa through the system. Did she overstay in the UK before returning to PAK?

No she went back in time....... NOT Overstayyed in UK........ so she resubmitt her visa application again with the new dates of Pak Marriage........

As long as she has the correct documents, all stamped up by the right departments she will be able to prove she is in a legal marriage. The application will then more onto the consideration stage.

You mean rather then resubmitt the new application , she made new Marriage Certificate and makes an appeal x

Sorry if I confused you. New application required.

Applications go through a set system.

Do they meet the basic criteria - e.g. legal marriage - yes / no
If yes:
Do they meet the rules on accommodation / maintenance yes / no

And so on.

If it fails at the first point - not a legal marriage they will not consider the rest of the application. It is refused at that point.

There is one question - when you say make new marriage certificate you actually mean :- both parties, him & her are present PAK and a marriage will be performed at a date in the future. It is not acceptable just to get a new certificate issued......

how can she issued a new certificate her husband is going back to Pak in June ......
