I am bit confused with tier 4 maintenance with dependant
Course: MBA (1 year)
Is this how I need to calculate the maintenance?
tuition fee + living cost + dependant living cost

Yes, but that is across the two separate applications. You need to show tuition fees + your own living costs; dependants needs to show their living cost.
