RTI FPS

Post by amy singh » Thu Oct 04, 2018 9:29 pm

Hi marcnath,

I got a question in regards to FPS
Let me give you an overview of my FPS report
My employee started job in sept 2017
And the 12 month completed in August 2018

I got an issue with FPS report
My accountant by mistake delected my employee record in nov 2017

So she submited for 4 month in dec 2018
FPS report covers sept , oct , nov and dec and it show employee start date sept 2017

Do you think it will be issue to send the above report do HO
If so want can I do now , do you think I should write a cover explaining what has happend , I paid my employees end of each month I got proof of it and also bank statement. do you think I should attach those document as well

Plz help I’m very worried

Regards ,
Amy

Re: Is Start date on FPS Report Mandatory?

Post by amy singh » Fri Oct 05, 2018 10:27 pm

Can anyone please clarify me , if the strating date appear in the 4 month , does HO will agree with it
Actually my accountant made a mistake
My employees payroll started in sept , and my accountant submitted in dec RTI report is having sept, oct , nov and doc in one report.
But Dec RTI report has the correct start date of the employee that is sept.

What should I do, should ask my accountant to write a letter that he made a mistake and submitted late??

What is the best thing to do in this matter

Plz help

Do not tag your questions to other people's post. I have moved it to your own thread

That should be fine. As you suggested add the explanation in a cover letter

Thank you much for you response. Hope HO wouldn’t reject my visa just because I have submitted my SPF report after 4 months from strating date.

No HO won’t, there could be errors and mistakes. The most important is that you corrected them.
