I think you overthink of this subject too much.. I did not receive COA, I emailed them. They sent it to me. Mb that's the issue. I don't know. But what I know, that there is no reason to worry about.

Honestly this makes me worried again as the Brp we received from Reporting Centre?!??
And COA from managed immigration
I didnt even pay attention to this..
Is this means that something wrong if not received from permanent migration?!
This is getting worst now( I really worry what could gone wrong?!)

i dont know why some people receive COA like 3 days after bio metric enrollment ,
i had to wait 25 days !
some people received their decision letter a week after the date of COA
I believe applications for PR after Ror are not that many as most of applicants go straight from RC to PR through retain right of residency .
KIND OF Special requirements or case workers would file them differently !

Guys good news .. just to let you know ... I requested my documents back on 02/10 .. COA was issued in the same day and I received on 05/10
Then PR DECISION was made on 3rd I received it on 08/10 EEA PR.. Non eea PR 09/10

Hey do u do your applaction yourself or your solicitor ?.im do my self my COA is coming after 16 days.and do u thk can we send request to passport back request?

My ROR valid 2023.i thk I’m waite till Friday and then my request my passport my ROR bio card and my ex idd cuz I’m seen lot of people in this form request idd and passport back thay get quick reply for applaction

i submitted my boiometric on 01/09/2018 , I received COA 2 days after i emailed home office on 25/09/2018
i think because i applied after i had ROR so they dont bother issuing COA because our second RC still valid ...

I sent the same documents i had my ROR with and added my treaty right
I dont know if they can refuse us because of ex treaty right as they have issued us with ROR based on the same period of ex treaty right ,so all is matter now is our treaty right since the decree absolute date .
