Applied for ILR but my company license is suppose to revoke

Hi all experts, need your answers, please.

I have applied for ILR on completion of my tier2 5 year route on Sep 2018, on my PS day HO needs further checks to do and they did a compliance visit after a week of my application and they are not satisfied because my company did not update SMS of my salary and job changes ( my salary changes every year less than 3% its company-wide and last year Sep 2017 was changed to 10% from 32K to 36K with other European/British colleagues) heard they are going to revoke/cancel our license soon..

I am going to be 10 years resident next year in Jan can I move to this long resident visa if my ILR not approved?

just wondering what will be the result of my ILR in this case any answers will be really appreciated.
