Set(M) proof of accommodation

Post by visionist » Mon Oct 15, 2018 9:05 am

My wife has a set(M) visa appointment by end of this month. We have moved to a new house last month. We didn't receive title deed from the land registry department. What documents we can attach as a proof of accommodation?

I live with my partner so do I need to mention the details like name age of my partner? Or they mean any person other than me and my partner?

Q 8.12: how many other rooms in the property (not including Spam, toilets)
I have two bedroom flat that has a living room with open plan Spam, should i mention living room with open plan Spam or only two bedrooms?

Set(M) questions

9.14. Please state what social, cultural and family ties you have with;
• The country where you were born
• Any other country whose nationality you hold
• Any country where you have lived for more than 5 years

I AM LIVING IN THE UK FOR MORE THAN 5 YEARS. DO I NEED TO MENTION MY TIES WITH THE UK OR THIS QUESTION ABOUT TIES WITH OTHER COUNTIES?

Your answer would be much appreciated!

"Any country" implies UK may be included.

Solicitor letters confirming sale/purchase of the property.

Anyone other than the sponsor and applicant.

Don't think it would make any difference.

You need to mention all the countries, including UK. This is one of the more absurd, redundant questions on the form if you ask me.
