TierOneAspirantMay, what he is trying to say is he is at least 10 points short of the required mark. So its not a cut and dried case. He has to find an extra 10 points from somewhere or find a way of arguing his case.

There should be lots of people who have been in this situation.
Please contribute the ideas.

As per what you have given the points
AGE ---- 20
QUALIFICATION --30
EARNINGS ---- 15

SO THE TOTAL points becomes 65 --- you r short of 10 points
for the eligibility u have to score 75 to qualify and 20 points mandatory as per the new rules
10 for english requirement
10 maintenance funds 2800 for the last three months

any other query plz free to call me 9878828009

Sorry mate,

This just means that you are not eligible. I suggest that you try after you get the additional 10 points after your sal increases.

:D , What you mean to say ? He should only help you to fill the form. Nothing else.

Why you are so impatient ? Can't you wait, till you gain those point on earning criteria.

to be honest with you the chances of your application going through successfully is very very small. some applications get refused even with candidate claiming more than enough points but possibly insufficient evidence.

short of grand forgery->fraud and probable virtual permanent banning from any future applications, its almost impossible.

but i read somewhere nothing is impossible. so good luck to you. u might find a way somewhere.

You must score 75 points from any of the following attributes:
1. Age
2. Qualifications
3. Earned income
4. UK experience
If you score more than 75, it doesn't add any weight (additional preference) to the application. And it is not necessary to score points for each attribute given above. As long as you score 75, you are fine.

You must meet the English language requirements (10 points) and the maintenance funds requirements (10 points). These are mandatory requirements and you must score the 10 points for each.

For whatever reason if you do not meet the requirements as above, your application will be refused. There is not even an iota of chance of approval. Simple !!

And as suggested earlier, if you provide forged documents to support your application and are caught, you might be banned from applying again and possibly have restrictions placed on entering UK even in other visa categories. So think twice before you attempt to do anything wrong.

regards
