Has anyone travelled to India (home country) without BRP card?. If Yes, what is the process when coming back please.

Not recommended at all if the travel can be avoided as you can be denied entry back to UK.

More importantly, you will be denied boarding the plane to come back as you have no evidence of right to reside in the UK.

I agree with Londoner007 and CR001, Immigration officers check BRP before you board the plane.
