Nice and simple - you are a non EEA person solely reliant on the EEA rights of your wife. You can not work or live in the UK without your wife exercising her treaty rights in this country. If you come to work or live in the UK you will be here as an illegal.

You will not get an NI number as you are not allowed to work in the UK.

So all in all not a bright idea.

Also I think there is a provision in the directive that prohibits moving States purely to take advantage of the Treaty Right provisions.

Whether it's enforced or not is another question....
