Hi all,
I have few questions.
I am on tier-2 general visa. I have visa validity until September-2020.
I am eligible for ILR in December-2019. (10 years route).
I want to apply dependent visa for my wife from India.

Which is best route to apply dependent visa?
1.Can I apply as tier-2 dependent ?
Or
2.Can I wait for my ILR and apply as ILR dependent visa ?

Please let me know pros and cons on above both optionS

HEALTH SURCHAGE ?
VISA Process TIME ?

How much I should pay health surcharge for ILR DEPENDENT ?
Is any premium service available from India for ILR DEPENDENT?
(I HEARD ILR DEPENDENT VISA TAKE 3 MONTHS TO PROCESS )

You can apply for either. PBS Dependent now or Spouse Settlement visa once you have ILR. It is your choice. If you apply for PBS Dependent now, your wife will have to switch to FLR(M) spouse visa anyway once you get ILR based on long residence.

£600 plus £1,523 visa fee (fees increase in April and IHS is increasing in December).

Is any premium service available from India for ILR DEPENDENT?

No. Priority or standard service only. Both can take 60 days or more.
