Tier 1 Ent to SET(LR) Premium Service

Hello All,

I have got an appointment booked on 28th Nov for premium service SET (LR)

Immigration History
1. Oct 2008- Student Visa- Did BEng and MSC for a UK university
2. Feb 2011 - PSW
3. Applied for Tier 1 Ent Feb 2013, got rejected.
applied for an appeal, UKVI took the refusal decision back in Sep 13.
Issued Tier 1 Ent in Oct 13
4. Oct 16 applied for an extension, got approval within 6 weeks.
My current visa is valid till 2nd week of Dec 18 but as I'm eligible for ILR now, I would prefer to go with the same day service rather than postal application.

Now managed to book an appointment for premium service.

My business - Investment Consultancy, Real estate debt finance
I have hired a solicitor to prepare all the documents, I could have done it myself but don't have time as I'm super busy with work these days.

To all my lovely virtual buddies who are sailing in a similar boat as mine, would you kindly share your experiences ?
Would be nice to know how things went for Tier 1 Ent to SET (LR) candidates.

Please share your experiences- specifically timelines, people who had to wait for few days and why ?
Any particular questions they ask and I should be prepared with.

When (date?) did you appeal the Feb 2013 refusal and was that appeal "in-time"

Feb 13 applied for tier 1
rejected in may 13
yes in time appeal but they realised they did a mistake and took the refusal back. I have got all the documents to support that.

Hi Robbie,
As far as i know there is no premium service available for this route.
How did u manage to get one?
And what will u write in Form (O) immigration history in question how long have u been in UK? will u put start date of current visa (which in r case is oct 2013 or u will mention 2008?)

Time spent for an appeal is protected under section 3C. You should be fine. Also premium service is available for SET(LR) as long as you have no pending application

oh my mistake, u are going through long residence not Tier1 Ent ILR!
