Property Inspection Report for Spouse Visa

Hi there,
I wondered if anyone knew whether a property inspection report is necessary for a spouse visa. I am applying for a visa for my husband. I own my own home, I have my title deeds, mortgage statements, photos of the rooms and a tenancy agreement from when I let it out last year stating that only 2 people were living in it. Do I really need a property inspection report as well?

It is required if you live in a house/flat share with other non related people.
