property report on sharing house

Hi,
my wife going to apply for ILR soon(5 years spouse visa)we live in sharing house with 3 children (under 4 years old), we are preparing the support document as below
can anyone tell us if we are missing something please;

A -APPLICANT INFORMATIONS:
1. Passport.(new and previous one with UK exit stamps)
2. RBR card
3. 2 Passport sized photographs.
4. Visa Application form SET(M)

B-EVIDENCE OF MEETING THE ENGLISH REQUIREMENT
1. English language certificate (B1).
2. Life in UK test certificate.

C-SPONSOR INFORMATIONS:
1. Copies of British passport.
2. One Passport sized photograph .
3. Decree absolute confirming the sponsor free of married.
4. Children birth certificates.
5. Children British passports first page copy.

D- MARRIAGE EVIDENCE:
1. Marriage certificate (original and translated).

E-EVIDENCE OF MEETING THE FINANCIAL REQUIREMENT:
1. Employer letter with confirmation of the online payslips is genuine.
2. Employment contract.
3.stamped online Payslips covering the last 06 months.
4. Bank statements covering the last 06 months.

F- PROOFS OF Cohabitation FOR THE LAST 2.5 YEARS :
1) Joint Name: Tax return letters, Barclays joint account.
2) Separate Name: TV licence letters, NHS letters, Barclays letters,Dvla and
other letters from different sources.

Looks good. However, I don't see anything regarding accommodation evidence such as council tax letters, land registry doc?

i am living on sharing house i have tenancy agreement but all the bills is including
do i need to show property report again or no need for ILR?
whoever on the guidance of set(m) i couldn't see the requirement of the tenancy agreement except if you want show it as proof of cohabitation

I live on sharing house(4 bedroom house) by occupying 2 double rooms at my own with shower and toilet,one room for me and my wife and the second for my 3 children (twins 4 years old and girl 2 years old) the 2 other rooms is for other tenants

hi everybody,
my wife due to applying for ILR after been 5 years on spouse visa(2.5y+2.5y)
since we have concern about our accommodation (sharing house),we went for solicitor to use his service, we explain him the situation and our fear if Home Office will regard our house as overcrowd because my 3 children sleep on the same room!!!
He reply is not overcrowd and he cross property report out of the provided documents list adding is not required any more just tenancy agreement will be enough!!!!

do you know if the property report is require on ILR when you live on sharing house?
