Hello Team,
I need your help in my visa confused status;
I have got my Tier 1 Entrepreneur in 2013 and extension in 2017 I am now eligible for ILR basis full 5 years but the issue is with my employment. I only have 1 employee for 13 months (after extension) and I have now 4 months until Feb 2019 that my visa expires. I need to know if I can employ 3 employees for 4 months in order to fulfil the 24 months of job creation?
What is your suggestions please? my solicitor who put me in all this trouble, now says that I cannot employ 3 people for 4months as each should be employed for 12 months minimum.
Please Please Please let me know if you can.
Thanks.
Amir

Your solicitor is wrong. You still qualify for the transitional arrangement under which you can create 3 more jobs of 12 months each.

Hello Team,
I was reading through this forum and I wonder if we need 1x 12 months or 2x12 months for the ILR application?
I have got my first visa in 2013 and then the extension in 2017, I have visa expiry date Feb 2019 and I only have 1 employee for 13 months started from Feb 2017 (my extension start date) to March 2018.
Can I employ 3 employee for 4 months now to fulfil 2x 12 months??
Please advise.

Thanks for your quick reply. but I don't have 12 month time. my visa expire in Feb 2019 and I can only employ the 3 employee for 4 months before I apply for ILR!
Would this still work or do you suggest applying for another extension?
Or what are the options?

Sorry I made a typing error- I meant you can create 3 jobs of 4 month each to get to 12 month (in total)
