Qualification for Tier 1

Hi,

I have done Bachelor in Engineering and my university name is present in the assessment list of BIA website.
Before BE I did Diploma and got direct admission to second year of the Degree course.

Now while applying for Tier 1, should i mentioned my degree as four year or 3 year?
Do i need to provide the evidence of Diploma?
