Spouse Visa Applicant Sponsor Convictions

Post by mavaas11 » Thu May 31, 2018 6:19 pm

Hi,
For a spouse visa does the applicant only need to show any Convictions, or does the sponsor also need to show any previous history. Thanks

Spouse Visa payslips statements question

Post by mavaas11 » Tue Jun 05, 2018 10:26 pm

Hello,

I've been married since May 2013, however as I have been ill and not being able to work. I was wondering if I applied for a spouse visa, how long do I need payslips, bank statements for.

I've heard you need them for full 12 months, as it has been a significant time period between marriage and application.

I would appreciate any advice

Thanks in advance :D

Quickest way to become eligible for spouse visa is through 6 months old savings of at least £62500. Otherwise you will have to work for same employer for 6 months in order to meet the financial requirement.

Hello,

For initial spouse visa entry clearance, can you do application in person, or only priority, to speed things up.

Thanks in advance folks :D

There is no 'in person' option for applications from abroad. Priority or standard only. Priority is not guaranteed though.

It must be a recognised and official translator if you are using a company. HO won't just accept anyone doing it.

Union council issued marriage certificate (Nikkah nama) usually holds urdu and English version both which conveniently meet the visa requirement and no further translation need.

Re: Spouse Visa Online Apply Appendix 2

Post by mavaas11 » Sun Oct 27, 2019 1:47 pm

Hello,

I would like to apply for a family visa, FM Partner.

If I apply online on gov.uk, do I include the appendix 2 as well? Or is it not needed?

Thanks :)

Many members got success without it but still as a precaution just fill it and attach.

Bank Statement Query/ Cash Gift

Post by mavaas11 » Fri Nov 01, 2019 7:00 pm

Hi,

I will be applying under adequate maintenance.

I received a cash gift on 14/10/19. My bank statement from Lloyds starts on 11th of every month.

So when will it be 6 months?

do I get the statement till 11/4/2020, or 11/5/2020.

Or I presume I could ask them to provide an extra statement from 11/4/2020 til  14/4/2020.

Thanks :)
