Self Employed apply transistional or general?

Post by agar041 » Tue May 27, 2008 7:38 am

I recieved my HSMP leave to remain in Sept 06, I formed a limited company and have been self employed since June 07 and have all the appropriate paperwork. I can meet both requirements, but from what I see it seems easier to apply for it in the transistional path? is this visa the same as the tier 1 apart from the application process. Pretty confusing the way its laid out plus im not the brightest. Any help much appreciated.
