Earnings claim

Hi guys,

I am applying for my HSMPand claiming my earnings from mid oct last year up to end of July this year, of which I will have about £25,000

Can someone please tell me if this is okay as it is only about 8 months work

Many times, but I do know it needs to be consecutive and from the last 12 of the 15 months

However I took a year off and only started working in Oct

If you are getting 75 points and meeting the Engilsh & Maintanance requirements then it is ok

Secondments abroad that are an
integral part of a job based in the UK
are permitted, however they will be
considered as time outside of the UK
when considering eligibility for
settlement purposes.
