Good morning guys i applied as a parent of British citizen, am the father,I’ve sent my application on January before my visa expired but I filled in the fee waiver form and it took the home office about 3 months to reject and as a result my visa is expired now the payment was taken out of my account on may and I also got a letter from them July 31 saying according to their records I’ve provided the information they’ve requested which was the fee for health sub-charge.
It’s now 5 mo tha since they took the money of my account and no new from them I called yesterday and got a letter from the ukvicontactcentre saying my application is not complete what can I do please I need advice

According to my understanding when you applied for the visa and it was in time application, once your request for fee waiver rejected you have given 10 working days to pay the fee. If you have paid the fee within the time limit so your application been considered within time.

Not clear about Immigration health surcharge issue? have you paid at the time of application or not or you requested all as a fee waiver.

In both cases, the home office gives you 10 working days to pay the fee. If you have failed to pay so your application will return to you as invalid you became overstayer since your last grant was expired.

Thanks for your kind response I followed their instructions according to the letter I received and paid within the 10 days but which was requesting my biometrics and the health surcharge fee
