Decision approval received but NO passport

Hi I recently received a letter indication that my application for Tier 2 General visa has been approved. In the letter, it also indicates that my passport and other documents are enclosed when in fact they are not.

I was wondering if the passport would be returned to me separately? If not, who should I call to find out where my passport is?

Obviously very stressed out at this point... Thank you!
